Before fully committing to music, I spent years working in high-pressure highly accredited kitchens, rising to the role of sous chef. That environment taught me discipline, patience, and how to trust a process — lessons that directly inform how I approach songwriting and recording today. I treat music the same way I treated food: obsessive attention to detail, long hours behind the scenes, and a refusal to cut corners.
